The Enquiry Form is not a Booking Form and you will not have a confirmed booking until we have resonded to your enquiry and confirmed dates and payments with you.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in The Lodge or Peerie House.
Dogs are only allowed with express permission and will incur an extra charge.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non refundable unless we can rebook the dates in which case we will refund the deposit less £25 in admin charges.

Likewise, the final payment is also non refundable unless we can rebook the dates, or we are also happy to move the booking either to another date in the same season or to the following year. In the event of the booking being moved to the following year any increase in the rental cost of The Lodge or The Peerie House will be payable.

We advise you to take out travel insurance to cover you in the event of having to cancel your booking.
